Our Employees

All of the people working on your home remodeling project are full-time employees of RL Hayes, Inc. We don't use daily laborers. Not only are our employees full-time, but most have been with RL Hayes for years. And our employees only perform tasks they are properly trained for.

For new employees, we thorougly review their skills and certifications before they're hired. In addition, RL Hayes provides continuing education programs for our employees, so that they know and understand the latest techniques.

Each project is assigned a full-time knowledgable and certified Project Manager, who will oversee every detail of your remodeling project from start to finish.

Why Do Full-Time Employees Matter?

Many contractors use daily labor to work on projects. And many of these laborers are not skilled laborers.

It's not only important to have qualified skilled laborers working on your project, but you also want to have the same individual complete at least their portion of the project for consistency.
